Inauro has appointed Wade Bailey as General Manager – OEM & Rental, bringing more than 35 years of experience across industrial operations, OEM manufacturing, rental, and digital technology to the company’s growing leadership team.
In this newly created role, Bailey will guide Inauro’s OEM and Rental strategy, helping customers realise the full value of connected data, digital workflows, and intelligent asset management through the Perspio™ platform. His appointment reflects Inauro’s continued investment in seasoned industry leadership as the company scales its impact across asset‑intensive sectors.
Bailey’s career spans senior executive roles with Energy Power Systems (an Australian Caterpillar dealership), Hitachi Global Air Power, and Atlas Copco, where he led complex sales, service, and operational functions across national and international markets. He has overseen large specialist equipment fleets, supported major B2B projects, and driven operational transformation programs across diverse industrial environments.
A long‑time advocate for emerging technologies, Bailey has contributed to global initiatives in digital transformation, digital twins, and connected asset solutions—helping organisations improve efficiency, visibility, and decision‑making. His leadership style is grounded in pragmatism, integrity, and a strong focus on people, with a passion for mentoring high‑performing teams and turning innovation into measurable commercial outcomes.
